CAC-IRA-4SS: Probe Regulator

The Welker Probes Regulator IRA-4SS is designed to regulate a gas sample stream to an analyzer without interrupting pipeline flow. With AI Control™, the probe automatically inserts and retracts using pipeline pressure.

CAC-IRD-4: Probe Regulator

The Welker Original IRD Probe Regulator delivers a continuous supply of representative samples to an analyzer at the appropriate pressure for real-time natural gas analysis of high-volume lines.

CAC-SP-DP: Welker® Diffusing Probe

Designed for use with injection odorizers, Welker’s diffusing probe allows for rapid odorant dispersal across the full diameter of the pipeline, ensuring uniform odorization, even during times of variable flow.

  • 1/2″, 3/4″ and 1″ NPT connections
  • 316 stainless steel
  • Nylon wick packing material
  • Fixed, manual insertion or automatic insertion styles
  • 0 to 2,160 psi (149 bar) pressure range

CAC-Mole Sieve Probe

Prevent moisture or mercury from damaging downstream equipment and shutting down your process–detect breakthrough in your molecular sieve adsorbent bed by sampling the gas stream with Welker’s Molecular Sieve Probe.

The Molecular Sieve Probe mounts directly to a mating flange on the bed and extends across the inner diameter of your dehydration unit (DHU) or mercury removal unit (MRU) to sample natural gas from the full width of the bed. The water or mercury content of the samples is monitored by the connected downstream analyzer to alert the operator of rising levels and the need for molecular sieve regeneration.

Multiple Molecular Sieve Probes can be installed in a DHU or MRU in a multilevel configuration to monitor molecular sieve deactivation across the height of the bed.

CAC-AIP-1: Automatic Insertion Probe

  • Automatic insertion feature utilizes pipeline pressure to automatically insert the probe into a pressurized line
  •  Automatic retraction from a pressurized line allows the passage of pigs or other pipeline equipment
  • May be retracted and completely removed from a pressurized line with the use of an isolation valve
  • 316 stainless steel construction
  • 1″ NPT pipeline connection standard, other sizes available
  • Complete with large ported outlet valve
  • ¼” NPT ports standard, other sizes available
  •  2,160 psig (149 bar) maximum working pressure

CAC-PP-2: Pitot Probe
