Control Station
The control unit of this control system has two modes: one is computer control (using software simulation display control panel); the other is conventional control (using hardware simulation display control panel), where the valve control methods are divided into switch control and Opening control, display is also divided into two types: switch display and opening display.
Solenoid Valve Cabinet
The solenoid valve and the hydraulic valve set required for the hydraulic control valve are centrally installed on the hydraulic valve bar in the solenoid valve box, and the user only needs to connect the hydraulic control pipe of the valve to the corresponding pipeline port. Valve signal acquisition and control unit, can also be integrated in the solenoid valve box according to user requirements. The solenoid valve box shall be installed in a safe area.
Hydraulic valve strip
A hydraulic valve strip is suitable for multiple valves, which can be installed in the solenoid valve box according to the number of valves, and the solenoid valve and pressure switch, throttle valve block, hydraulic lock and other combined valve blocks can be superimposed on the valve strip.
Hydrualic Pump Unit
• The device produce the hydraulic pressure used to operate the connected remote control valves. It is composed by Tank, hydraulic pump, accumulator and control panel.
• The tank capacity is defined by the total operating volume of the connected actuators.
• Their accumulator capacity, however, is defined by the capacity needed to operate the three biggest actuators of the connected system, in case of pump failure or loss of electric power.
• The control panel is used to local control the hydraulic pump unit and monitor the running status of its.

Single Acting Hydraulic Actuator
The system working pressure is the valve opening pressure. The valve closing pressure is set at the factory and does not change with the system pressure. But the valve closing pressure can be configured according to customer requirements.
Double Acting Hydraulic Actuator
This product can also be used for systems with working pressures of 6.3MPa, 10MPa, 12MPa, etc., which can be selected according to customer requirements. Among them, due to the different working pressure of the system, the range of the adapted torque is also different.
Single-acting Accumulator Reset Hydraulic Actuator
The system working pressure is the valve opening pressure. The valve closing pressure is set at the factory and does not change with the system pressure change, but the valve closing pressure can be configured according to customer requirements.
