Summary:

The equipment monitors the cargo tank fire of a cargo ship in accordance with SOLAS requirements. When a cargo compartment fire, smoke by Co2 cast pipe, via the 3-way switch valve, by the fan to alarm unit, when the concentration of the smoke rise to a specified value, the alarm unit will issue corresponding visual and audible alarm and feedback to the alarm repeaters, indicates the fire tank and remind the staff on duty to deal promptly.

System composition :

· A smoke alarm host, or a combination of an alarm host and an extender;
· One or more repeaters, installed in cabs, etc., to remotely display fire and fault alarms;
· A fan unit for extracting air samples from cargo holds;
